                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 8965 ATTACHED HERETO AND
                   INCLUDED HEREWITH, SO AS TO AMEND SECTION 2 OF
                   THE CONDITIONS SET FORTH THEREIN.

              	   WHEREAS, it has been determined that there is a need 
to
         amend a section of the Chattanooga Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance 
No.
         6958, as amended so as to amend Ordinance No. 8965 attached 
hereto
         and included herewith so as to amend Section 2 therein.
        
                                  NOW, THEREFORE,
              	   BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
         CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 8965, attached 
hereto
         and incorporated herewith, be and the same is hereby amended by 

         deleting Section 2 in its entirety and inserting in lieu 
thereof
         the following language:
                        SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED,
                        that this Ordinance shall be subject
                        to the existing natural and planted
                        buffer, which shall be continuously
                        maintained at its present width and
                        density, along the east line of the
                        larger of the two tracts.  Also,
                        subject to access being from Highway
                        58 only.
                       
                       
         BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that this Ordinance shall take effect 
two
         weeks from and after its passage as required by law.
